Base rates are based on full occupancy of each cabin. Additional occupants will be $75 per week per person additional, or $15 per day per person additional (for stays of less than one week). Rates do not include Minnesota State Sales Tax.

Deposit policy:

A $200 deposit is required for each cabin per week reserved. A receipt of deposit will be mailed with a confirmation letter. Deposits are due by March 31st or 7 days after making the reservation. Any reservations cancelled before June 1st will receive the full deposit back less a $20 handling fee. Any cancellations after June 1st will forfeit the deposit.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; Check-out time is 9:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out arrangements must be made in advance.
